If you are local you can choose curb-side pick up or delivery unless stated otherwise on the item.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is confirmed and ready to pick up within 2 business days.

All Sale Merchandise including Discounted Items are a Final Sale.
How Can I Return My Item?
We completely understand if clothing doesn't work for you.
We are happy to offer you an Exchange or Store Credit.
**We do not offer Cash/Debit/Credit Card Refunds.**
If you're a Local Customer, online orders can be returned for Store Credit or Exchanged In-Store.
If you are a U.S. Customer you will be given a Store Credit Code to be used on our web boutique.

Rules and Exceptions:
Online orders and returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your items.
Once a Return Number has been sent to you, please have the item returned within 5 days.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition (saleable with tags attached) or in original packaging. The item cannot be washed, worn, odorous or damaged in any way.
If an item is returned in Non-Saleable Condition, it will be sent back to the Customer at their expense.
No Refund or Exchange on; Sale Items, Discounted Items, Jewelry, Intimates, Swimwear, Flip Flops, Socks, Scarves, Hats, are a Final Sale and Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
Please follow the steps below for Returning an Item:
1. Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item bring returned/exchanged along with the size. Please also advise the size you would like in exchange.
2. You will be emailed a Return Number for sending the item back to us. Please ensure the item is sent back within 3 days of getting your Return Number to our Delta Store Location.
3. Place the item in a box and securely seal. Please include the original invoice with your return. Ensure the Return Number is clearly visible on the box.
4. The package can be dropped off at any Canada Post/Shipping Carrier location.
5. Returns must be sent Pre-Paid and Insured with a Tracking Number.
6. A Shipping Fee will be charged to the original form of payment when we ship the exchange back.
